Physical distancing minimizes risks: In response to Governor Newsom's stay at home order (as well as for the protection of the public, visitors and staff from COVID-19) we have closed our office to the public effective March 17, 2020. However, we will see customers by appointment only; customers need to contact office staff to set an appointment. All customers visiting the office need to have proper face coverings before entering the property. Customers can continue to call our office at 760-247-7330, Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 3.pm. or access online bill pay services to pay your bill
